Welding Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise welders and operators on daily work
• Make sure production targets are achieved on time
• Check that all welding work meets quality standards
• Train workers on correct welding methods and instructions
• Work with the production team to plan daily jobs
• Support new projects and improve work processes
• Monitor material usage and inform when stock is low
• Manage staff attendance and overtime
• Ensure machines are well maintained
