What You'll Do

• Oversee daily plating and surface treatment operations
• Lead, train, and supervise technicians
• Develop and optimize plating processes
• Monitor bath chemistry and process parameters
• Plan and carry out equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Keep accurate records of operations and maintenance
• Analyze production data and drive process improvements
• Implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies
