QA Manager

What You'll Do

• Drive efficient and effective inspection processes
• Lead analysis of quality data and implement preventive actions
• Direct company Quality, EHS and Kaizen programs
• Drive continuous improvement with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure alignment of internal and external quality standards
• Prepare and manage customer and certification audits
• Lead initiatives to reduce cost of quality
• Coordinate quality with overseas clients and partners
• Manage supplier and subcontractor quality performance
• Manage customer and certification audits

Ideal Candidates

• Relevant experience in quality management
  
• Managerial experience leading quality teams and initiatives
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and Control Plans
• Strong problem-solving skills with PDCA, QCC and 5W1H
• Experience in Plastic Moulding or EMS industry is a plus.
