What You'll Do

• Lead development of UHT plant-based products
• Optimize formulations with protein, oil, fat and stabilizer
• Enhance stability, texture, protein and shelf-life
• Plan and execute lab, pilot plant and industrial trial
• Optimize processing and troubleshoot technical challenge
• Coordinate pilot plant operations and support scale-up
• Maintain technical documentation and present result

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in Research and Development functions
• Familiarity with UHT or plant-based products is an advantage
• Knowledge of emulsions, stabilizers, plant proteins, oils/fats chemistry or UHT processing.
