Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent gained through relevant experience; logistics industry preferred
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels; strong collaboration and teamwork skills; excellent listening,
  • written, verbal and presentation skills (English required)
  • Strong phone presence; excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid drivers license and excellent driving skills with an excellent
    safety track record. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement a sales strategy targeting key decision makers to build a network and drive business;
    strategically cross-sell into existing accounts to highlight the scope of products and services;
    serve as a trusted adviser to customers.
  • Achieve or exceed territory performance goals;
  • Post Pandemic - call requirement is to visit a minimum of 16 customers per week with the objective to
    close sales, uncover new business, and establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Pandemic Period - complete a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Qualify new business opportunities to ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and
    customer needs;
  • Communicate and collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Representative and Sales Development
  • Coordinator to provide a seamless sales experience for your prospects and customers; ensure alignment
    of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer questions, problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed and submitted timely.
