MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Sales Revenues
Conducts sales activities in order to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
New business account solicitation Repeat business account maintenance
Monitors the performance of assigned accounts

2. Account Management
Builds productive business relationship with broker/clients through delivery of quality
service
Takes action and provides feedback on client concerns Represents GP in client meetings

3. Productivity
Converts prospects into clients.
Sales calls including basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries. 

Prepares sales proposals and conducts follow up meetings.

Provides efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other
support units.
 Prepares accurate and timely reports as required


4. Accounts Receivable Management
Timely tracking and collection of outstanding premium and EOBs.

5. Sales Conduct
 Conducts self according to established GP ethics and professionalism
Compliance with regulatory bodies laws and regulations
Compliance with GP policies and procedures
Conformance with Generali Group
Ethical Code
Stewardship and care of Company resources


6. Undertakes other tasks that may be reasonably expected of the role and as maybe
necessary to achieve the Company's goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate with a degree preferably in any business related course
At five (5) years of sales work experience

Skills requirements

Customer Experience / Journey Planning and Strategy Ability to improve the
overall CX (products/ features); to manage and improve all the CX processes/
methods/ capabilities that help develop and improve its design; to tailor
experiences to each individual and context through personalized marketing and
experiences.
Market & Customer Research and Analytics Ability to conduct research (e.g.:Market and customer), to define metrics and develop appropriate analytical
models to measure ROI of marketing initiatives, also considering ecosystem
dynamics.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Ability to manage enterprise information(data, technology, tools, techniques, people, processes) to support
decision-making, predictive analysis, optimization efforts and security analysis through ad-hoc analysis, standard reports, scorecards and dashboards and
interactive visualizations.
Sales Strategy Sales: Ability to design and implement a sales strategy, including target market, ideal customer profile, go-to-market positioning, sales motions,
methodology, and channels.
Business Planning Sales: Ability to build a roadmap to define the success of the business.
Activity Management Sales: ability to manage and prioritize daily activities to increase efficiency of salesforce.
Operational Effectiveness Ability to identify ways to increase efficiency across the whole value chain 8. Process Automation Ability to deal with the technologies,
processes and practices designed to protect networks, computers, programs and
data from attacks, damage or unauthorized access.
