Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, etc.).

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

Prepare accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (preferably IT solutions or consulting).

Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.

Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Boomi, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong strategic thinking, customer focus, and consultative selling approach.

Willing to travel for client meetings and engagements.

- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, and System Integration).

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to formulate sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
