Role Summary

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Process Manager to lead the onboarding of new logistics clients, ensuring smooth transition from project initiation to operational readiness.

This role focuses on solutioning, coordination, and project management before operations go live.

The role involves working closely with clients whose operations may scale significantly

Key Responsibilities

Client Solutioning

  • Understand client logistics requirements.
  • Design customized onboarding plans.
  • Recommend logistics solutions involving:
    • 3PL / 4PL models
    • Warehousing
    • Delivery workflows
    • System configurations

Project Lifecycle Management

Manage onboarding phases including:

  1. Requirement Gathering
  2. Solution Design
  3. Pre-production Setup
  4. System Prototyping
  5. Testing
  6. Production Go-Live
  7. Hypercare Support

Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate setup of:
    • Warehouse capacity
    • Delivery fleet readiness
    • Workforce planning
    • System configuration
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness before handover to operations.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between:
    • Clients
    • Operations Team
    • IT Team
    • Warehouse Team
  • Ensure timely communication across teams.
    

Experience in:

  • 3PL or 4PL logistics
  • Warehouse operations
  • Last-mile delivery preferred
