Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from users and translate them into clear functional descriptions.
  • Assist in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and system workflows.
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, especially in systems involving operational data, sensors, forms, monitoring, or multi-agency workflows.
  • Validate information with SMEs and ensure requirements are complete and consistent.
  • Support documentation of data flows, integration points, and user roles.
  • Prepare diagrams and simple modelling outputs for review.
  • Work with senior analysts and developers to clarify workflows and logic.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as Business Analyst.
  • Experience with data-heavy systems, reporting platforms, or dashboard-based solutions preferred.
  • Exposure to government/public-sector IT projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Degree in IT, Business IT, or equivalent.
