Job Description:

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Liaise with stakeholders from different functions and across borders to support their marketing initiatives through social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, from targeting and ad creation to performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR relevant work experience in social media.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; able to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable to fast-paced trends.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed!

Added advantage:

  • Experience in Canva or other design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and/or HubSpot.
