(A) Senior Manager - Test Lead / Tester

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the small team (3~5 people).

• Prepare and review testing case and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing.

• Execute testing and submit defect to meet deadline with quality.

• Provide daily report and escalate issues to meet deadline with quality.

• Assist to design test cases according to test requirements.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines.

• 5+ years experiences in testing including design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects.

• 2+ years experiences in web system testing.

• 1+ years experiences in Oracle or SQL Server.

• 1+ years experiences on test lead role.

• Good understanding of testing process and methodology.

• Good communication for customer relationship maintenance and problem solving.

• Master on the test management and defect tool.

• Fluent English Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking

• Can work under Pressure.
