  • Candidate must have enterprise mindset thinking and have enterprise dealing experience. Avoid candidate with consumer product experience as the go to market sales approach is different. (although the candidates have sales/AM experience but in different industry which could be a challenge)
  • Young and energetic, willing to learn. About 4-8 years of experience. Not required too senior experience – junior to mid-level experience is acceptable. The hiring manager will mould the individual.
  • Experience in enterprise software/services will be added advance as they have the understanding eg: VMware, IRM, Veeem, HPE, Microsoft, etc….
  • Have some experience or connection with sr executive/ C-suites for the deals.

Requirements to highlight:

  • 3-5 yrs experience
  • Selling B2B
  • Able to converse in English and Chinese, Bahasa (secondary)
  • Candidate must understand solution selling (selling of software).
  • Able to communicate and well engage with customers/clients
  • Focus on any industries – hunter role

Accountabilities:

  • Generate profitable product/services revenue with existing and new customers in the specific industry.
  • Focus on solution selling that translate to positive business outcome for the customers
  • Priority on customer engagement to identify key stakeholders and developing account plans to increase share of wallet
  • Develop relationship with major product principals for joint account engagement to increase business values with new and existing customers
  • Perform bid analysis of opportunities leading to award

The Individual and their Experience:

  • Preferably 5 years and above experience in IT industry
  • Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving skills
  • Team Player and Confident, Direct with Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
