Role Summary

We are seeking a business-minded Product Design Manager (Product Owner) to lead the design and enhancement of logistics systems, including warehouse management, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery platforms.

This role will drive the upgrade of the existing Express Management System (EMS) from Version 1.0 to 2.0, ensuring alignment between operational needs, customer journeys, and system capabilities.

The ideal candidate is 80% business and requirement-focused, 20% technical, with strong communication and project management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Product & System Design

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for logistics systems including:
    • Warehouse Management (Inbound, Outbound, Fulfilment)
    • Pick & Pack Operations
    • Last-Mile Delivery (B2C & B2B Express)
    • International Export (B2C & B2B)
  • Define and design user journeys across logistics workflows.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system features and modules.
  • Drive system upgrade roadmap from EMS 1.0 to EMS 2.0.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Collaborate with:
    • Operations Teams
    • Commercial Teams
    • IT & Development Teams
    • Warehouse Engineering Teams
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation including:
    • Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
    • Workflow Diagrams
    • System Specifications
  • Monitor budgets and timelines for product implementation.

Operational & Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure system design supports:
    • B2C Fulfilment
    • B2B Express Expansion
    • Warehouse Scaling
    • Automation Integration
  • Identify improvement opportunities in:
    • Warehouse operations
    • Delivery workflows
    • Resource utilization

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Logistics
    • Supply Chain
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Information Systems
    • Business

Experience

  • 6 – 10 years in logistics, supply chain, or product development.
  • Experience as:
    • Product Owner
    • Business Analyst
    • Logistics Systems Designer
    • Operations Development Specialist
  • Experience in:
    • WMS / TMS / EMS systems
    • Warehouse & fulfilment workflows
    • System migration or upgrade projects
