Job Summary

We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to support our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidates are proactive, well-organised, and confident in communicating with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Participate in company events, meetings, and business-related activities when required

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Good presentation and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
