About the job Project Executive
- Prepare info reformation related to project summary / sales kit & etc and upload to Cloud
- Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom)
- Understand well about Project package
- Manage sales chart
- Request sales chart and unit available with developer
- Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters
- Handle developer feedback and complaint
- Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
- Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group
- Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group
