Responsibilities:

· Execute supply chain assistant functions to ensure smooth movement of products from suppliers to customers.

· Review stock holding levels and propose stock replenishment using standard matrix forms.

· Monitor distribution and logistics channels; coordinate closely with 3rd party service providers.

· Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and local forwarding agents regarding shipment arrangements and documentation.

· Ensure accuracy of shipment information input into the SAP System based on suppliers Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.

· Review duty payments and/or SST (Sales and Services Tax) requisitions to ensure full compliance with Customs regulations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product supply.

· Document all material return records to assist in troubleshooting quality issues.

· Highlight and take action on slow-moving or obsolete stocks, coordinating with Sales and Marketing personnel for further action.

· Responsible for stock count cycles and related reporting.

· Provide support for all matters related to operations and logistics.

· Ensure continuous ISO implementation within the supply chain function.

· Complete month-end closing activities within the specified deadlines.

· Generate and prepare month-end reports, including but not limited to:

o Annual purchase report

o Shipment forecast file

o KPI reports

· Implement and maintain best practices and standards in supply chain activities.

· Assist management in ad-hoc projects or assignments as required.

Authority:

· Direct liaison with 3rd-party overseas suppliers for trading of finished products.

· Issue Purchase Orders (POs).

· Follow up on all matters related to operations and logistics.

EMS and OHSMS Responsibilities:

· Understand, implement, and uphold Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and Management Systems.

· Communicate and report environmental and occupational health & safety matters to the Superior / MR / EHS Officer.

· Be aware of actions required in normal, abnormal, and emergency situations related to environmental, health, and safety issues.

· Attend, participate in, and support all activities related to environment, health, and safety (e.g., training, EHS programs, audits).

· Understand environmental and occupational health & safety risks of assigned work and take responsibility to control and mitigate them.

· Conserve natural resources through the efficient use of water, energy, and paper.

· Maintain good environmental, health, and safety standards (including housekeeping) in the work area and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.

· Participate actively in the company's QMS, EMS, and OHSMS activities as required.
