On behalf of our client, IT services company that specialiсes in providing top-tier Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, we are currently looking for a Pre-sales Support Associate on a hybrid model of work. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria;
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects (email, LinkedIn, calls);
  • Gather key information about client needs, budgets, and timelines;
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems;
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and preparing lead summaries;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and qualification processes;
  • Track and report on lead qualification metrics and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, business development, or recruitment;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working with data and CRM tools;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous internship or experience in sales, customer support, or admin roles;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics);
  • Experience using LinkedIn for outreach or research;
  • English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
