Our current client is an international debt collection company with head quarter in Poland. 

On their behalf we are looking for an Reporting Specialist to join their dynamic and ambitious local team. If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is ready to make a significant impact to your new team's performance, then this might be the chance for you!

Responsibilities:

• Design and build reporting processes tailored to the Bulgarian market;
• Collaborate with local teams to define KPIs and reporting needs; 
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel;
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights; 
• Conduct analyses that support strategic decision-making and optimization of collection strategies;
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for operational and strategic improvements;
• Collaborate with the central team in Poland to ensure process standardization and alignment with similar analytical units across the organization.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting or analytics;
• Strong SQL skills (advanced level)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and automation);
• High level of independence and ownership; 
• Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or Programming;
• Experience in financial services or debt collection is a plus;
• Fluent in English; 
• Bonus skills: Programming experience and understanding of data structure organization.
