On behalf of our client, IT services company that specialiсes in providing top-tier Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, we are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Pre-sales and Integration on a hybrid model of work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client requirements and proposing suitable CRM solutions;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare demos, presentations, and solution proposals;
  • Participate in client meetings to gather business and technical requirements;
  • Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
  • Support integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications;
  • Assist in solution architecture and contribute to technical documentation;
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM pre-sales, implementation, or a similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
  • Experience with CRM integrations (APIs, connectors, third-party systems);
  • Understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing);
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC);
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.);
  • Basic knowledge of data models and cloud platforms (Azure is a plus).
