Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a new and expanding iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter, who is ready for new opportunities and willing to help them grow further.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and analyze staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
- Draft, create, and post job announcements both internally and externally across multiple job boards and platforms;
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct outreach methods;
- Research and develop new channels and strategies for recruitment;
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and keep them updated on the status of their applications;
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, offering detailed feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Consult managers on the suitability of the candidates and ensure the highest level of person-job-organization fit;
- Organize new staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company;
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry;
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field;
- Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networks;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects at once;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of initiative.
