Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Sales Manager, who is ready for new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key iGaming products and target markets;
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential partners, operators, and affiliates within the iGaming ecosystem;
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and product presentations to contract negotiation and closing deals;
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and account management teams to align sales efforts with product updates and market trends;
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership;
- Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience, in the iGaming space;
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
- Solid understanding of iGaming platforms, services, and industry dynamics;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset);
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events;
- Identify and engage new business prospects within the iGaming space;
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing the deal;
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to customize offerings and ensure smooth onboarding;
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records;
- Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and competitor movements.
