Our current client is one of the leading international companies in aviation services and airport ground handling. On their behalf we are looking for a Group Reporting & FP&A Manager to join their team in Sofia. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closings at Group level, ensuring IFRS compliance, completeness, and accuracy
• Develop subject-matter expertise in selected IFRS areas and act as a key user of the Group's consolidation and reporting system
• Ensure timely, accurate, and controlled production of management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights for senior leadership
• Own the Group's financial reporting framework — standards, data governance, and quality controls
• Lead the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring consistency and alignment across the Group
• Act as the central link between Accounting, Group Financial Reporting, and FP&A to keep financial narratives consistent
• Enhance and maintain processes that deliver meaningful insight into business performance, trends, and variances
• Support country finance teams with guidance, training, and best practice on reporting standards, methodologies, and tools

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 7–10+ years' experience in a global FP&A, Controlling, and/or Group Financial Reporting role; Big4 experience is a plus
• Solid, practical knowledge of IFRS
• Strong understanding of financial and management reporting, and performance steering
• Fluent, professional-level English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present financial insights to diverse audiences including senior leadership
• Experience with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with consolidation/planning tools such as OneStream, Anaplan, SAC, TM1, or Hyperion
• Strong Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) proficiency and advanced Excel skills
• Experience using AI for business is a plus
• Independent working style combined with a genuine team-oriented mindset
• Genuine interest in the aviation industry is a plus
