About the job Logistics Assistant - Marikina City
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the delivery of goods and materials to customers
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to the logistics team and customers as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of goods
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols
Requirements:
- At least high school graduate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work in Marikina City, Metro Manila
