About the job Inventory and Order Management Assistant II
Job Descriptions:
- Provide basic inventory and management services;
- Assist in processing orders from customers and TSM;
- Assist in monitoring, releasing, and deliveries of products/goods;
- Assist in receiving and recording PDC file check payments of clients and prepare deposit slips for checks that will be transmitted to the bank for daily deposit;
- Assist in receiving phone calls from TSM and customers for orders and inquiries;
- Assist in preparing CM letter for withholding tax applications;
- Assist in attending to customers phone inquiries and ordering products; and
- Assist in filling out documents.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
- Find opportunities in industries with inventory needs such as retail, construction, or manufacturing
- With advanced experience in Excel (Pivot, V Look Up, or H Look Up)
- Keen
Hybrid schedule: Mon-Fri only
Depends on the requirements of the client (full schedule in the office from Monday to Friday then 1 week WFH
