Production Supervisor (Reliever)

• Train and monitor Coordinators to maintain a strong workforce.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and activity implementation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when needed.
• Check and verify Daily Time Records (DTR), weekly liquidations, and fund replenishments.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, market conditions, and client requirements.
• Attend client meetings and relay important updates to the team.
• Implement and monitor marketing promotions and sales strategies.
• Conduct field visits and provide support.
• Address employee concerns regarding salaries, benefits, and other issues.
• Ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any problems.

Qualifications: 

• Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Business Management or any courses related
• With 2- or 3-years' Experience or exposure in Manufacturing, Food Service Industry.
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold good leadership, delegate tasks, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Documents, email reverting, etc.
• Has strong written and oral communication skills

Contract type: 3 months (reliever status) 

Salary offer: Php 23,000.00 - Php 25,000.00 / month
