Position: Billing Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our team at UPSKILL MNL, INC. As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for managing all billing activities for our company. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to clients

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments

- Prepare and maintain billing reports and records

- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies

- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and concerns

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing

- Keep track of billing deadlines and ensure timely submission

- Assist in developing and implementing billing policies and procedures

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in billing

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to billing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Billing Officer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures

- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

- Familiarity with Philippine billing regulations is a plus
