Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize strategies.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing content for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
• SEO: Implement SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings.
• Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in assisting business owners
• Well versed in email marketing tools such as Instantly and Apollo
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in business level English
• Experience working with USA companies and clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
• Understanding of SEO principles and tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field required

Prior experience in a startup environment is a huge bonus. The right candidate will bring experience, ideas and suggestions to the table.

Ability and willingness to learn new skills is a must, such as assisting with recruiting in Latin America.

This is initially a contract role with the potential of becoming permanent placement. Must be able to work USA hours as needed.
