Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to play a pivotal role in fundraising support and business partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, and B2B partnership development. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about working at the intersection of HRTech, AI, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Support:
- Research and source potential angel investors, venture capital firms, and family office networks.

Maintain and update investor databases and outreach trackers.

Assist in preparing pitch materials, memos, and investor briefs.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with investor prospects.

Business Partnerships:
- Identify and engage potential employer partners to expand UpStars employer network.
- Support outreach campaigns to enterprises, startups, and recruitment firms.
- Assist in partnership proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to relationship management with prospective and existing partners.

Duration & Compensation
