Role Overview

UpTech Solution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to build and scale a high-quality talent pipeline for Cloud and Cybersecurity roles across South and South-East Asia. This role focuses on proactive talent engagement, long-term relationship building, and developing a structured talent CRM aligned with on-demand client requirements.

You will work closely with internal sourcing, LinkedIn community, and content teams to strengthen UpTechs talent network and visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a scalable talent pipeline for Cloud and Cybersecurity roles, aligned to client demand.
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with job seekers using provided lead-generation tools.
  • Develop and manage a structured talent CRM, ensuring accurate profiling, tagging, and readiness for rapid deployment.
  • Engage candidates through direct outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Support community-building initiatives to create long-term engagement with Cloud and Cybersecurity professionals.
  • Collaborate with LinkedIn community and content teams to grow UpTechs talent footprint and visibility.
  • Track talent pipeline metrics and readiness against active and upcoming client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruiting, preferably in Cloud or Cybersecurity domains.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cybersecurity role profiles.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining talent databases or CRMs.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally across digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Prior experience supporting IT services, staffing, or talent augmentation firms.
  • Exposure to community-driven hiring or talent network building initiatives.
