What Youll Drive

  • Community-led growth: Launch and scale a job-seeker community (cohorts, challenges, AMAs, live workshops). 
  • Design engagement systemsleaderboards, badges, streaksto motivate repeat use.
  • Content flywheels: Ship multi-channel content (LinkedIn/Twitter, short-form video, newsletters, blog, case studies) that educates on career paths, skill mapping, and practical upskilling.
  • Viral & referral loops: Build refer-to-earn and peer-invite mechanics across onboarding, assessment, and learning milestones.
  • Partnerships for trust: Activate universities, bootcamps, creators, L&D platforms, and employer brand partners to fuel distribution and credibility.
  • Lifecycle & CRM: Own segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle messaging (email, in-app, WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord) to increase activation proficiency advocacy.
  • Data-driven storytelling: Translate user outcomes (skill validation, gap closure, interview wins) into narratives that attract more seekers and employers.

Scope (Product Context)

  • Skill-first experience: Champion messaging around skill mapping, transparent profile scoring, and guided learning paths.
  • Job-seeker outcomes: Move users from resume upload validated skills role-fit matches sharable profiles.
  • Network effects: Turn every completed profile, course, and referral into stronger recommendations for the next user.
  • MVP focus: Prioritize fast experiments that prove adoption, retention, and word-of-mouth.

What Youll Own (Examples)

  • Launch community cohorts for target roles (e.g., frontend, data, QA).

  • Spin up creator/influencer programs and student ambassador networks.

  • Run SEO for learning paths and role guides; scale newsletter subs.

  • Build performance loops across paid, organic, and partnerships.

  • Create playbooks for employer-facing spotlights sourced from community wins.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have led 01 growth at a startup (SaaS/edtech/career-tech/B2C/B2C2B).

  • Are a community builder + storyteller who ships fast experiments and measures what matters.
  • Can design referral/incentive mechanics and collaborate tightly with product to embed them.
  • Are comfortable operating equity-first at the earliest stage and wearing many hats (growth, PMM, partnerships).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with hiring, edtech, talent platforms, or gamified products.

  • Creator energynewsletter, podcast, video, or memes that teach.

  • Familiarity with employer branding or campus programs.

Structure
