Role Overview

UpTech Solution PTE Limited is hiring a Sales Specialist to build and scale its client acquisition engine from the ground up. This role is responsible for driving both organic and paid lead generation, creating a strong CRM-driven sales funnel, and converting prospects into long-term clients across North America and Europe, with a focus on Cloud and Cybersecurity talent augmentation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone comfortable working independently in a remote environment and fully accountable for measurable sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organic and paid lead generation initiatives for UpTech Solution across relevant digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust CRM database, aligned with Cloud and Cybersecurity talent needs of enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Source and develop the client pipeline from scratch, establishing a structured and repeatable sales funnel for continuous revenue flow.
  • Actively engage and convert prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including outreach, follow-ups, and deal progression.
  • Create sales decks and supporting materials from the ground up using tools such as Canva, Gamma, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales messaging with delivery capability and talent availability.
  • Own sales targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics end to end.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, staffing, or talent augmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead conversion.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity hiring or services landscape.
  • Ability to build and manage CRM systems with disciplined data hygiene.
  • Comfortable working remotely, self-managed, and accountable for defined deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling to clients in North America and Europe.
  • Exposure to IT outsourcing, offshore or nearshore staffing models.
  • Experience running or coordinating paid lead-generation campaigns.
