Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Mid–Senior)

Job Location: 100% remote 

We are seeking a Mid–Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with a strong background in Customer Insights to join our team. 

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize CRM and customer data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and personalized customer experiences.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with a particular focus on customer data platforms and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys)
• Translate business needs into scalable CRM and customer data solutions
• Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, governance, and system performance

Requirements
3–7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on experience with Customer Insights

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with CRM customization (entities, workflows, business rules)
• Good understanding of customer data and segmentation
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure integrations or data services
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
• Agile experience
