Role description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to drive cloud-to-cloud integration initiatives and lead the design of large-scale API architectures. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional engineering direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-to-cloud integrations.

• Define, build, and own large-scale APIs (RPC and REST).

• Architect, implement, and optimize AuthN/Z flows, including OAuth2.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.

• Ensure engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering leadership on long-term strategy.

Profile:

• 10+ years of experience building cloud-to-cloud integrations.

• 5+ years of experience with AuthN/Z flows (OAuth2 included).

• 10+ years of experience designing and owning APIs (RPC + REST).

• 5+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.

• 10+ years of OOP programming + at least 3 years of Go experience.

• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership in complex environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed systems and high-scale architecture patterns.

• Prior leadership of multi-team technical initiatives.
