We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead their sales operations in Romania. This is a strategic role that requires excellent leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Lead and mentor the national sales team to drive high performance.

  • Expand the client portfolio and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal client service.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Profile: 

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in gaming or tech sectors.

  • Leadership experience with a track record in team management and performance.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

  • Open to travel.
