Role description:

We're seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a team player. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research, analyses, and test with a variety of tools to gain insights
• Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
• Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels (email campaign, customer.io knowledge is a plus)
• Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media and sales enablement

Profile: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, any other language is a great asset
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success, ideally in both a large corporation or a start-up
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with Customer.io or other email automation tools is an advantage.
