We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Insights Functional Consultant to help our customers get the most out of their Microsoft stack and to occasionally dive into internal project work to accelerate delivery.
Role description:
- You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team) organization. RTST delivers business value by providing top-tier technical, functional, and integration expertise for proprietary products.
- You would be joining a company built and run by IT professionals who love what they do and value efficiency, enthusiasm, and smart decision-making.
What youll be doing:
- Provide expert L2/L3 support across Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights (Data & Journeys): triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; identify root causes; and propose preventive fixes.
- Own functional configuration - lead updates to forms, views, business rules, sales processes and pipelines.
- Customer Insights (Data) - manage data sources, segments, analytics and audiences.
- Customer Insights (Journeys) contribute and optimize real-time journeys, triggers, channels, personalization and A/B testing.
- Work closely with product owners, solution architects, and engineers; contribute to Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
Profile :
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Consultant on D365 Sales / Customer Insights or similar role.
- Good understanding of sales processes (lead-to-cash), forecasting, pipelines, activities, and relationship insights.
- Experience building segments, measures, and unification rules (CI Data) and real-time journeys with triggers and events (CI Journeys).
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience on a technical role.
- Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools.
Availability & engagement:
- Ideal cadence: 4 hours / day Monday to Friday.
- Flexible option: 2 to 3 full days (8h/day) per week also works.
