Position Overview: Are you a highly driven sales leader with proven success in the staffing industry, specifically within temp-to-perm placements? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Selling Branch Manager to spearhead sales growth, lead a high-performing team of recruiters, and significantly expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively drive new business development through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure new manufacturing and light-industrial clients.
  • Strategically manage and grow an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and expanding service offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professional recruiters to consistently achieve and exceed placement targets and service delivery expectations for open job orders.
  • Oversee full lifecycle talent acquisition and placement efforts, ensuring quality matches and seamless transitions for temp-to-perm and temporary roles.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand service lines within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, adherence to company values, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Achieve and surpass ambitious monthly sales and profitability targets, contributing directly to the branch's overall financial success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct outside sales experience with a demonstrated track record of closing new business and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in the staffing industry, with specific expertise in temp-to-perm staffing models and processes.
  • Exceptional closing skills and a strong aptitude for persuasive sales negotiations.
  • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in cold calling, lead generation, and dynamic sales presentations.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized with strong territory management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
