In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop and manage your own sales territory, nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking new business to drive revenue. You'll be a trusted ambassador for the company, upholding company values and providing exceptional service. Your strong interpersonal skills will be crucial as you offer support and solutions to customers, often coordinating with other departments to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to consistently achieve personal and company sales goals.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Regularly communicate with current and potential customers, providing tailored solutions and overseeing all sales activities within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team and leadership to generate new sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Regularly submit reports on your sales activity using our CRM software and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
  • Represent The Brand: Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies, ensuring a professional and accurate representation of the company to all clients.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Perform duties efficiently, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and meticulously track and submit all job-related expenses to accounting.
  • Ensure Timely Payments: Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure all customer invoices are paid in full and on time.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least two years of sales experience, Either B2B or outside sales.
  • Proven experience in the residential construction industry, specifically with new and retrofit insulation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a competitive commission structure with a base salary and expense stipend. LEADS ARE PROVIDED to help you hit the ground running.

  • First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) starting at $80,000.
  • Realistic OTE of $100,000 to $120,000 starting in year two with a strong ramp-up plan in place.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
