We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer / Engineer - Control and Automation with 2 to 3 years of experience to contribute their expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS to challenging and rewarding projects. What You'll Do:

  • Shape the Future: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and system configuration to the design and implementation of robust industrial control systems.
  • Architect Advanced Solutions: Design PLC/DCS-based control systems, leveraging your understanding of software architectures including S88, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Program and Integrate: Develop and program PLC and DCS systems, oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and manage on-site commissioning activities.
  • Master Industrial Networks: Utilize your knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, and Controlnet to integrate various automation components.
  • Interpret and Implement: Work with panel drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure accurate system implementation.
  • Collaborate Globally: Liaise effectively with international clients across the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, showcasing your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive Results: Manage your workload effectively to meet strict project deadlines, demonstrating your proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Control and Automation.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
  • Proven experience with Allen-Bradley PLC.
  • Familiarity with Siemens PCS7.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation principles and best practices.
  • Experience with drives and motor control.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience with Allen-Bradley safety relays.
  • Knowledge of Cognex Vision systems.
  • Proficiency in Siemens Step7, WinCC, and TIA Portal.
  • Experience with VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as PROFIBUS, MODBUS, IEC 104, and IEC 61850.
  • Programming skills in accordance with IEC 61131-3 standards.
  • Direct project experience within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors.
