This position will begin on a part-time basis with evening hours and Sundays and offers the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Perform well-child visits and preventive care services
- Monitor growth and developmental milestones
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations and scope of practice
- Educate parents and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, immunizations, and healthy childhood development
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices
- Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to children and families
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current NP or PA certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
