Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and prepare financial reports.
  • Prepare, review, and submit official papers, reports, presentation and documentation for Singapore government agencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor management where required.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
  • Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.
Essential Skills:
- Technical & Domain Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, costing, and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with Singapore government submission processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft professional reports and government submissions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Project & Organizational Skills:
  • Evaluate and integrate technologies, including AI and automation tools, to drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
  • Ability to prioritise key project initiatives whilst maintaining oversight of all project timelines and dependencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success managing multiple project tasks concurrently to meet critical deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Perform value-to-cost ratio / cost-benefit analysis based on business needs

  • Identify alternatives when standard approaches are not feasible
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Professional Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CITPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Government or enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, costs, and project financials.
  • Experience writing submissions and reports for Singapore government agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex project deliverables.
