ICT Infrastructure Engineer 1513

As a Senior Consultant level -ICT Infrastructure Engineer , you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise storage systems and backup solutions, ensuring data availability, integrity, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement storage strategies, optimize performance, and contribute to cloud storage initiatives.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage and maintain Hitachi storage systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

· Implement and support Commvault backup and recovery solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage and backup solutions.

· Develop and maintain storage and backup policies and procedures.

· Monitor and optimize storage performance and capacity.

· Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on storage and backup-related issues.

· Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in storage and backup solutions.

· Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud storage solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Storage Administrator with in-depth knowledge of Hitachi storage systems and Commvault backup solutions.

· Strong understanding of cloud storage technologies and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Proficiency in scripting and automation for storage and backup tasks.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Relevant certifications in Hitachi storage, Commvault, and cloud platforms are a plus.
