Key Responsibilities

  • Simultaneously manage multiple concurrent small- to medium-scale internal IT and software development projects, ensuring consistent delivery across all workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for each project. Proactively identify blockers and drive timely resolution through effective follow-up and escalation.
  • Act as a decisive execution leader by proactively removing roadblocks, engaging the appropriate stakeholders, challenging delays, and driving timely decision-making to keep projects on track.
  • Identify project risks early, including schedule slippage, scope creep, dependency delays, and quality issues. Communicate risks transparently to leadership and recommend actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Enforce project governance and discipline by ensuring requirements are clearly documented, change requests are properly evaluated, and scope boundaries are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against agreed objectives, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Track, analyze, and report key project metrics, including milestone achievement, project completion rates, issue resolution times, and team delivery performance, on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience in IT and software development environments, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects on schedule.
  • Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is required.
  • Agile project management certification is required, such as PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or an equivalent recognized credential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong execution mindset and assertive follow-through, with the ability to drive results, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure critical tasks do not fall through the cracks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), deployment, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
