About the job Low-Code Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools;
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency;
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including, but not limited to:
- Solution Design Document
- Configuration & Environment Details
- Security & Compliance Documentation
- Deployment Guide
- Maintenance & Support Guide
- User Guide
- Training Material
- Testing & Validation Report
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with client's ICT security and data governance policies.
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Experience and Skill(s) Needed:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
- Configure and administer low-code platforms, managing workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Desirable Skill(s):
- Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiar with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in Git and experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations with enterprise systems.
