About the job Digital Marketing Manager

  • Research, plan, execute, and manage the company's digital marketing campaigns, including web, search engine optimization and marketing, social media, and display advertising
  • Develop audit-based proposals and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, campaign, and website performance reports, and data-based insights and recommendations
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and identifying areas for improvement
  • Design, built, and manage the company's online presence, including the website and other online platforms
  • Create tailored-fit proposals and recommendations for prospective clients and existing projects
  • Conduct technical web audit, keyword research, and competitor analysis
  • Ensure all online content is up-to-date and aligns with the company's brand guidelines
  • Manage the company's branding and produce creative assets such as graphics and visual materials for video production
  • Understand various digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Communicate effectively across different departments and manage projects effectively
  • Manage a team of search engine optimization specialists, web designers, developers, and copywriters
  • Get involved in planning, promotion, and announcement of corporate events
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, advertising, research, and design field
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad-serving tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and other multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Deep knowledge of trends and innovations in the digital agency field
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
