Qualifications & Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Work Result: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective). 
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices. 
• Remove impediments to the teams progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
