Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems (TMS), assisting country and regional teams in responding to incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, coordinating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues related to transport and logistics applications.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
  • Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and support activities related to transport systems and connected platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases.
  • Good understanding of multiple technologies, including:
    • Cloud Computing / SaaS
    • Mobile Technologies
    • UI Technologies
    • Systems Integration
    • Web Services
  • Experience with EDI integration, e2open TMS, e2net, and support for Transport Management Systems will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of an integrated team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
