Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems (TMS), assisting country and regional teams in responding to incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, coordinating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues related to transport and logistics applications.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
- Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and support activities related to transport systems and connected platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases.

Good understanding of multiple technologies, including:
- Cloud Computing / SaaS
- Mobile Technologies
- UI Technologies
- Systems Integration
- Web Services
- Experience with EDI integration, e2open TMS, e2net, and support for Transport Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of an integrated team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
