Salary Range: USD $6,000–$12,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Requirements-
1. Industry Experience
5+ years in iGaming / online gambling industry
At least 1 year in a senior management role -Director level or above


2. Regional Experience
Deep understanding of African iGaming market operations
(including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, etc)

Established network with African iGaming operators

3. Business Development Skills
Extensive experience in successfully establishing and managing B2B partnership networks.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and drive revenue growth

4. Regulatory Knowledge
Deep Knowledge of gambling regulations in African countries
Experience working with regulatory authorities

5. Financial Skills
Budget management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis
Ability to manage regional P&L independently

6. Language Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Effective communication in an international work environment

  • Develop a 3–5 year strategic vision for the African market and break it down into annual and quarterly goals
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technology developments
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks

Business Development

  • Systematically identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality iGaming partners in Africa
  • Conduct regular business reviews and joint marketing to drive product penetration and revenue
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements in a complex, cross-cultural business environment

Operational Excellence

  • Lead localization of gaming products for African markets (multi-language, cultural adaptation, mobile optimization)
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team, implementing KPIs and performance management systems
  • Establish and optimize regional operational processes (partner coordination, technical integration, customer service)
  • Collaborate with HQ tech teams to ensure APIs, payment solutions, and game performance meet market requirements
