Role Overview-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive to support various marketing initiatives, including overseas campaigns, exhibitions, marketing materials preparation, and digital advertising execution.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently and smoothly.
This is a remote position that requires a high level of flexibility to accommodate business travel and exhibition schedules.

Key Responsibilities-
Assist in executing marketing projects and campaigns, and track progress
Support exhibition and event-related tasks, including:
Pre-event preparation
Materials organization
Post-event data consolidation and reporting
Assist in preparing and managing marketing materials and assets, such as:
Presentations
Brochures / catalogs
Business cards
Promotional giveaways
Support digital advertising execution, including:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Compile basic advertising performance data and assist in tracking results and suggesting optimizations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Provide general administrative and operational support for marketing projects

Requirements-
Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, or related role
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, such as:
Impressions
Clicks
Conversions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in document preparation and presentation creation
Experience in exhibitions, events, or international marketing projects is a plus
