Location: Remote (Prefer candidates based in Taichung, Taiwan)
Business Trip: Once or twice per year
Weekly Meeting at coffee shop or online

Job Responsibilities-

Routine Website Monitoring

Check partner websites regularly for brand and game accuracy.

Verify game availability and quantity; identify and resolve issues.

Track competitor games, promotions, and in-game features for internal reference.

Website Information Collection

Confirm available promotional placements with webmasters.

Understand game ranking mechanisms and customizable categories.

Collect insights on competitors promotional strategies.

Preparation for New Clients

Research popular games and market trends; prioritize key products.

Coordinate promotional placements, marketing materials, and RTP adjustments.

Collaborate with agents for campaigns and launches.

Data Analysis

Track daily/weekly/monthly performance; identify reasons for traffic changes.

Analyze game performance vs competitors; optimize game placement.

Conduct campaign analysis for pre-, during-, and post-event performance.

Client Relationship & Social Engagement

Maintain strong client relationships, including evening social engagements and client dinners.

Attend events, meetings, or exhibitions to strengthen business ties.

Proactively identify client needs and support sales initiatives.

Note: This role requires comfortable participation in evening client social events and networking, which is a key part of the position.

KPI

Phase 1:


  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
  • Handle client issues independently.
  • Identify reasons for traffic increases or decreases.

    Phase 2:
  • Set quarterly traffic targets per agent.
  • Propose strategies to increase traffic and game performance.

    Requirements-

    Experience in sales assistant, account support, or client relations, preferably in traditional industries.

    Able to track orders, maintain client relationships, and handle social interactions professionally, including evening client dinners and events.

    Comfortable using Telegram or other messaging tools to communicate with clients.

    Strong coordination, communication, and client engagement skills.

    Must be able to represent the company professionally in client social settings, including dinners and networking activities.
